Spend £50.00 or more and your order will be sent Free of charge to most UK addresses. Sent on a 48 hour service, delivering Monday to Friday.

 

Orders are tracked and sent by Royal Mail or DPD.

RETURN POLICY

Ordering the wrong parts can happen to the best of us! 

That's why we offer a 30-day* money back returns policy to our customers providing all items returned are in their original condition and packaging with no signs of fitting or modification.

You will need a return authorisation number when sending back your item. You can get this from our Customer Service Team by emailing enquiries@homebuiltcampers.com or by using our contact form here.

You simply need to quote your return authorisation number on your parcel and then post or courier the goods back to us (we do not cover the cost of the return). Please ensure the product is packaged well and we advise that you retain your proof of postage. Once inspected, we will refund you via your original payment method within 5 working days.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

Despite our best efforts, accidents happen.  

Should you receive damaged, faulty or wrong goods we ask customers to advise us within 48 hours of delivery if any item has arrived damaged or is missing from an order. 

In most situations we will require photos of the damage / fault which you can email to enquiries@homebuiltcampers.com - please include your name and order number so we can locate your order.
